'Chamisa attacking The Elderly'

'Chamisa attacking The Elderly'

The drama unfolding in the MDC-T family is frightening and threatening to the social fabric of Zimbabwe. He want to appoint his friends VP without a congress even though the grassroots says Mafa Sibanda. The old are negated in favour of the new guard. The ascendancy to the top position by Nelson Chamisa has worsened the situation.

The issue of age is now the number one ticket to positions in the once Democratic party. The constitution was thrown into the bin and the vanguard saw the rise of nerorism.

The rise of nerorism caused the party stalwarts like Felix M. Mafa Sibanda to suffer under the vanguard. On the ground you can clearly see that the man has got support on the grassroots. A number of people I asked clearly confess that the old man is their eye in the region of Matabeleland but the vanguard won't have any of that. They run down and suffocate any voice of reason for the sake of consolidating power.

Along the trail of destruction left by nerorism violence is ensuing.

We say let justice prevail. Let the right candidate win. Let the people of Matabeleland's voice be heard in this era. Mafa family is with us in our prayers in this time of attack and persecution.

Time shall tell. The lion shall rise again. You can fast track to stardom but nature remains victorious. It wins against odds.

We can differ in philosophy but we are Zimbabweans. We say no to violence. We say its time we follow what the government of the day is preaching. Peace and peace alone
