War veterans yesterday vowed to de-campaign President Robert Mugabe ahead of the watershed 2018 elections, saying they will make sure that the Zanu PF leader will lose by a big margin to the people's movement.

Mugabe and his ruling Zanu-PF party due to contest a crucial general election next year against a coalition led by his long time foe, Morgan Tsvangirai.

ZNLWVA chairperson Christopher Mutsvangwa said starting this week, teams which he described as A-team will be going around the country to mobilize the grassroots against Mugabe and the G40.
