TelOne announces disruption of services

TelOne has announced the disruption of its services to its clients in Hillside (Bulawayo), Kezi and the Harare to Norton network from 0000hrs to 0200hrs, 6 August 2017. TelOne provides internet and voice services to most established organizations and individuals across the nation.

The parastatal boasts of its landline service which is second to none nationwide and recently the telecommunication company launched a VSAT dubbed KA band to reach out to its remote area clients with limited infrastructures for ADSL services.

The interruption comes as a result of work being carried out on its convergence systems. The notice reads:

Public Notice
TelOne wishes to advise its valued clients and stakeholders that there will be scheduled maintenance in these selected areas; Hillside (Bulawayo), Kezi and the Harare to Norton network from 0000hrs to 0200hrs, 6 August 2017. During this period there may be interruption of Voice, Data and Internet services.

Any inconvenience caused is sincerely regretted.
