Yet to be identified suspected Zanu PF thugs pounced on at the MDC-T headquarters offices in Harare on Tuesday night and attacked the property.

This was revealed by the party official Chalton Hwende.

"Armed Zanu-PF thugs led by a certain Gomwe attacked Harvest house this evening and destroyed a lot equipment and furniture. Our youths tried to resist but retreated when gun shots were fired. Robert Mugabe never sent youths to attack us," he said.

The attack on MDC-T offices has been seen as a sign that the elections might be violent this year.
